Tombstones?

We, Frenchies, were wandering around the farm recently when we discovered something rather ghoulish.  We like to be informed when there are changes made,  so we were surprised to discover that a graveyard had sprung up overnight!  Could this possibly have anything to do with Martha's Haunted House television special airing on Monday, October 24th at 8pm on Hallmark Channel?  We had to investigate!  We were kind of scared at first until we figured out what was going on.

Sh-Sh-Sharkey! What's happened to our lawn? It looks like... 1 Sh-Sh-Sharkey! What's happened to our lawn? It looks like...

A graveyard sprouted up quite suddenly! 2 A graveyard sprouted up quite suddenly!

Franny, I'm going to whisper this because I don't want anyone to know....I'm scared! 3 Franny, I'm going to whisper this because I don't want anyone to know....I'm scared!

I'm kind of scared, too, but there must be a logical explanation for this. Maybe if we read some of the markers, we might be able to figure this out. 4 I'm kind of scared, too, but there must be a logical explanation for this. 'Here lies Fred - he lost his head.' Are you kidding me? That's just plain awful! Could that really be Fred's skull staring down at me? 5 'Here lies Fred - he lost his head.' Are you kidding me? That's just plain awful! Could that really be Fred's skull staring down at me?

And look at this one with a shrouded figure! There's definitely something not quite right about these tombstones, or should we be calling them headstones? 6 And look at this one with a shrouded figure! Franny, let me clarify. The term 'tombstone' originally referred to the actual lid of a stone coffin, and headstone was named because it's a stone placed near the head of the deceased. But, either one is fine. 7 Franny, let me clarify. This one seems a bit snarkey, don't you think? But, it's actually kind of funny. However, something tells me that we're not supposed to be laughing at tombstones. 8 This one seems a bit snarkey, don't you think? But, it's actually kind of funny. I don't know, Franny, here's a good chuckle! 'Rest in Pieces!' It's really quite funny! 9 I don't know, Franny, here's a good chuckle! 'Rest in Pieces!' It's really quite funny!

And here's the old RIP - short for Rest in Peace. That bat on top is a bit macabre, no? 10 And here's the old RIP - short for Rest in Peace. That bat on top is a bit macabre, no?

I think I know what's going on, Franny, and why this graveyard is here! 11 I think I know what's going on, Franny, and why this graveyard is here!

I'll just lie here until you enlighten me, Sharkey. 12 I'll just lie here until you enlighten me, Sharkey.

Oh, how could we be so naive? This graveyard is part of Martha's Halloween special, which airs on Monday, October 24th at 8 p.m. on Hallmark Channel! 13 Oh, how could we be so naive? Franny, we better go find our costumes! How could they start filming without us?! 15 Franny, we better go find our costumes! How could they start filming without us?!
